ICELW Rates and Registration - IELA Members

Please register using the appropriate payment button below, which will take you through the PayPal service. This allows you to pay by credit card as well as via a PayPal account. Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use this service. Please note that the rates on this page are only for current members of the International E-Learning Association (IELA).

After completing your fee payment, if you are not a speaker at ICELW 2012, please complete our Registration Form and e-mail it to us at info@icelw.org.

If you would prefer to pay via bank transfer, please send us an e-mail to info@icelw.org and we will be happy to provide bank details.

Registration will include admission to the entire conference, including:

  • All keynote addresses
  • Our special demonstration session and panel discussion, focusing on innovative work in e-learning from around the world
  • All conference breakout sessions
  • All coffee breaks and lunches
  • Our annual "conference drinks" evening
  • Our always-popular conference dinner, held at an exciting New York venue.

For full-time students only, proof of full-time student status is required. This rate does not include the conference dinner; the dinner is available separately for students.

After paying the fee, please email (info@icelw.org) or fax
(212-679-2738) proof of full-time student status in the form of current class schedule or registration papers, or letter from the school registrar.

Please note that our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • For cancellations before April 1, a refund of 50% of the fee will
    be issued.
  • For cancellations from April 1 to May 7, a refund of 25% of the fee will
    be issued.
  • For cancellations after May 7, no refund will be issued.
  • Registrations may be transferred to someone else; if you need to do this, please contact us at info@icelw.org for details.

ICELW 2012 will be held from June 13-15, 2012 on the campus of Columbia University in New York.

Our 2012 program will feature keynotes from evidence-based training pioneer Dr. Ruth Clark and from workplace learning and communication expert Dr. Saul Carliner.

Social
