The following are the key dates for ICELW 2011:

Proposals due:  December 15, 2010.
Please use the ICELW 2011 Microsoft Word proposal submission template and submit your completed form to proposals@icelw.org.

Notifications to Authors/Presenters:  January 15, 2011. 

Final Papers Due (for those presenters with accepted proposals who wish to submit a paper):  April 1, 2011
Papers should be between 2500 and 5000 words, with files no larger than 5 MB.  All papers should be created using the ICELW 2011 Microsoft Word template and submitted to papers@icelw.org.

Please note:  papers are not required, but those papers which are submitted will be reviewed and published in the official Conference Proceedings.  The Proceedings will have an ISBN number and will be distributed on CD-ROM to all attendees, included in conference registration.  A version of the Proceedings in printed-book form, with its own ISBN number, will also be available for an additional fee.

Presentation Slides Due (for those presenters who would like their slides included on the proceedings CD):  May 1, 2011
Presentation slides should be in .ppt, .pdf, or .swf format, with files no larger than 5 MB. sent to slides@icelw.org.
