Deadlines and Key Dates

The following are the key dates for ICELW 2012.

Proposals were due:

December 19, 2011, by 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
The submission deadline has passed.

Notifications to Authors/Presenters:

January 15, 2012.

Final Papers Due (only for those presenters with accepted proposals who wish to submit a paper):

April 1, 2012

Papers should be between 2500 and 5000 words, with files no larger than 5 MB. All papers should be created using the ICELW 2012 Microsoft Word template and submitted to papers@icelw.org.

Please note: papers are not required, but those papers which are submitted will be reviewed and published in the official Conference Proceedings. The Proceedings will have an ISBN number and will be distributed on CD-ROM to all attendees, included in conference registration.  A version of the Proceedings in printed-book form, with its own ISBN number, will also be available for ordering for an additional fee.

Presentation Slides Due (only for those presenters who would like their slides included on the proceedings CD):

May 1, 2012

Presentation slides should be in .ppt, .pdf, or .swf format, with files no larger than 5 MB. Files should be sent to slides@icelw.org.

Conference Dates:

June 13th, 14th, and 15th, 2012

ICELW 2012 will be held from June 13-15, 2012 on the campus of Columbia University in New York.

Our 2012 program will feature keynotes from evidence-based training pioneer Dr. Ruth Clark and from workplace learning and communication expert Dr. Saul Carliner.

Social
