ICELW Rates and Registration

Please register using the appropriate payment button below, which will take you through the PayPal service. This allows you to pay by credit card as well as via a PayPal account. Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use this service.

After completing your fee payment, if you are not a speaker at ICELW 2015, please complete our Registration Form and e-mail it to us at

Registration will include admission to the entire conference, including:

  • All keynote addresses
  • All panel discussions, debates, etc.
  • All conference breakout sessions
  • All coffee breaks and lunches
  • Our annual "conference drinks" evening
  • Our always-popular conference dinner, held at an exciting New York venue.

Members of the International E-Learning Association (IELA) are eligible for discounted rates and may register using this page.

The student rate is for full-time students only, proof of full-time student status is required. This rate does not include the conference dinner; the dinner is available separately for students.

Please note that our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • For cancellations before April 1, 2015, a refund of 50% of the fee will
    be issued.
  • For cancellations after April 1 and before May 7, 2015, a refund of 25% of the fee will
    be issued.
  • For cancellations after May 7, 2015, no refund will be issued.
  • Registrations may be transferred to someone else; if you need to do this, please contact us at for details.

ICELW 2015 will be held from June 10-12, 2015 on the campus of Columbia University in New York.
